These filters are infused with Microban antimicrobial protection to inhibit the growth of bacteria upon the cartridge and extend the filter's life span. An additional silver-ion is imbued in the fabric and plastic of the filter, which acts as a natural disinfectant against micro-organisms and harmful bacteria. The Glacier Microban 100 Sq Ft Filter Set comes with two 50 Sq Ft Glacier Microban filters as well as two Glacier Pre-Filter Screens. This filter set works exclusively with the following Canadian Spa Company spas (models purchased after 2014): Toronto Spa, Winnipeg Spa, Victoria Spa, Vancouver Spa, Thunder Bay Spa, Quebec Spa, Ottawa Spa, and Niagara Spa.

NOTE: We recommend that you keep two sets of filters at all times. Pop in a new set of filters while you soak and clean your original filter set overnight. The next time you need to change your new filters, use the original ones you have recently cleaned. Purchase new filters when the filter begins to become discolored or worn down.

FAQ's


When am I charged for my purchase?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

How long does it take for my item to ship to my house? 
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  
The total time of shipping depending on your location will be between 7-14 days.

For customized products, it may take longer depending on the extent of the customizations done. 

Will I receive a tracking number? How do I use that tracking number to see where my product is? 
Yes! You will absolutely receive a tracking number every time. We use only the best shipping carriers to ship your products. Fed Ex, United States Postal Service, and UPS are some of our main shipping carriers. Once you have received your tracking number visit any of the respected shipping carrier’s website and input your tracking number into their tracking database. This will pull up your order and give you step by step information on where your product is daily.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will provide all necessary arrangements for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages

Once the product arrives at your curb side, it is imperative that you give the package a thorough check to make sure there are no damages to your product. Once you have signed for the package the package no longer under our liability and any damages you claim their after is your responsibility.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranties

We hold no liability for warranty claims. If you have any issues with your product that falls under the warranty please contact the manufacturer of your product directly. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
